Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sissy Cloud ("the Service"), operated at sissycloud.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sissy Cloud is an audio streaming platform where users can discover, listen to, and upload hypnosis audio files. The Service includes browsing and searching audio content, creating playlists, engaging with social features (likes, comments, follows), connecting third-party accounts (such as Patreon), and accessing premium features through a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create more than one account per person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of audio files and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Sissy Cloud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• Your User Content does not contain unlawful material.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Content Guidelines, at our sole discretion.

5. Content Guidelines

The following content is prohibited:

• Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitations
• Content that impersonates another person or entity

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Sissy Cloud offers premium subscriptions billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Settings page.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain premium access until then.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

7. Connected Accounts

You may connect third-party accounts (such as Patreon) to your Sissy Cloud profile. By doing so, you authorize us to access limited information from the connected service (e.g., account identifier, display name, membership status) for the purpose of verifying your account and displaying your connected profile.

• You may disconnect a linked account at any time from your Settings page.
• We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
• Your use of connected services remains subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sissy Cloud name, logo, branding, user interface design, and underlying software are owned by the operator of Sissy Cloud and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User Content remains the property of the respective uploaders as described in Section 4.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or content restrictions
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Download, copy, or redistribute audio content without authorization
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Uploaded content may be deleted following account termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of User Content uploaded by others.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sissy Cloud and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the operator's registered address, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
